      Important note about software
      For all packages, the cost of the required software is included in the monthly fee — you will not receive separate software invoices.

      For AI Pro, there is one exception: the HubSpot Sales Hub Pro license is paid directly by the client. At the end of the project, all software is handed over and your own card details are added. The HubSpot Sales Hub Pro license costs approximately EUR 400/month and includes 4 users.

    • Is there a minimum contract term for the packages?

      Yes. Because of the time required to build the system, fine-tune the AI assistants, and generate results within a B2B sales cycle, our services come with a minimum 3-month commitment. Based on our experience, this is the time needed to achieve the first stable, measurable results and a predictable flow of leads. In addition, the HubSpot Sales Hub Pro license required for the AI Pro package typically involves an annual commitment in order to secure the best pricing.

    • Pricing Examples

      If you choose the “ALAP” package for 2 sales reps, the pricing is:

      • EUR 1,500 setup fee
      • EUR 1,800/person/month
      • + EUR 300/month for each additional sales manager

      This means a one-time cost of EUR 1,500, followed by a monthly fee of EUR 2,100.

      If you choose the “STANDARD” package for 2 sales reps, the pricing is:

      • EUR 1,500 one-time setup fee
      • EUR 2,490/person/month
      • + EUR 300/month for each additional sales rep

      This means a one-time cost of EUR 1,500, followed by a monthly fee of EUR 2,790.

    • How many new leads can I expect per month with this method?

      This depends on the industry, the target audience, and the strength of the LinkedIn profile, but as a general benchmark, out of 400 invitations sent per month, around 80–100 are typically accepted (20–25%). From those, you can expect an average of 20 webinar attendees, which usually results in 5–10 qualified leads.

      These are broad averages — in some cases the numbers are significantly higher, while in others they may be lower.

    • What if we don’t have a CRM yet?

      No problem. With the Basic package, we can run the campaigns without a CRM. If you need a CRM, the Standard package includes HubSpot CRM Starter, with the annual license fee included in the monthly price for 1 user and up to 1,000 marketing contacts.

       

       

    • How long does it take for the campaign to launch?

      Setting up the system and launching the first campaign usually takes about 1 week, depending on how well optimized the LinkedIn profile is for the person whose name the campaigns will run under. On our side, this phase typically takes only a few days, but alignment, coordination, and meetings can extend the full timeline to 1–2 weeks.

    • What role do we need to play in the process?

      On your side, we mainly need input on your ideal customer profile, sales process, qualification criteria, approvals, and occasional feedback. We handle the daily operational work: messaging, CRM synchronization, follow-up, and reporting.

      If we are working with smaller target lists (fewer than 400 contacts), we may need to align on a new target audience within a month. However, this can also be planned several months in advance.

    • Is this approach too direct? Doesn’t it bother people?

      No — not if it is well written and precisely targeted. In our experience, relationship-building, value-driven messages that do not feel overly sales-focused perform especially well, particularly when the targeting is accurate.

       



       



    • What happens to contacts who do not respond?

      We do not lose those contacts either: the system automatically withdraws LinkedIn invitations after 30 days, so they can be reached again later.

       

    • Why is this better than a LInkedIn advertising campaign?

      Because this approach connects you with specific people who match your ideal customer profile — not just anonymous visitors landing on a page. It is more personal, more targeted, and tends to work better for higher-value B2B services.

       

    • Who handles the LinkedIn messages when replies come in?

      This is flexible: either your sales team handles the replies, or we can support the pre-screening and qualification process — especially for organized events such as webinars or business breakfasts.

      By default, the software setup included in your subscription does not give us access to your LinkedIn inbox. We can, of course, see the messages we send as part of the campaign, but you will see the replies and will be responsible for responding to them, unless it relates to an event where we can also assist.

    • What happens if the campaign stalls or performance drops?

      Every campaign is monitored daily, with detailed monthly reports and recommendations to fine-tune messaging, targeting, and timing in order to maintain or improve performance. We also continuously track changes on the LinkedIn platform — such as restrictions, algorithm updates, and new features — and adapt the automated campaign setup accordingly, so you always work with an up-to-date system.
